Erickson Trainers Meeting for Europe

March 3rd and 4th – In Belgrade, at the premises of Atria Group, Erickson Trainers Meeting was held where Erickson trainers from more than 10 countries in Europe together with Marilyn Atkinson worked on the improvement of coaching programs of the most famous coaching company Erickson College International.

At the meeting, they discussed about the improvement of the most popular coaching program in the world “The Art and Science of Coaching“, and how quality and content of the training can be further improved in order to participants get the best possible coaching experience and practice.

Erickson trainers are mutually exchanged coaching experiences from their countries and examples of good practice, and part of the meeting was dedicated to the empowerment of Erickson’s vision, brand and finding ways that can expand the coaching methodology in those countries in which Erickson College International is not present yet.

After this meeting, Marilyn Atkinson along with Erickson trainers, joined us at the very first coaching conference “Play the World Game” in the SEE region, where she was keynot speaker.

The Art and Science of Coaching is Erickson International College program and this program is designed to allow you to achieve mastery in coaching. From 30th to 31st of March 2015 the training “The Persuasive Communicator” will be delivered in Belgrade. In this training participants will have opportunity to learn how to communicate effectively, become more influential and become ultimately successful communicators! Atria at the HR Director’s International Summit 2015 in Prague

On the 15th and 16th of April 2015, the HR Director’s International Summit will be held in Prague, where Atria Group will attend with Dusan Basalo as the representative and as one of the speakers at the main part of summit.

New ICF accredited program in our portfolio – Process Communication Model®

This year, another program from our portfolio is accredited by the ICF. Program Process Communication Model® (PCM) has fulfilled all the necessary conditions for obtaining accreditation by the ICF for application of this model in coaching. International Coaching Federation (ICF) is a leading global coaching organization founded with the aim of empowering and improving of coaching as an art and science.  ICF is achieving this goal by setting high standards in coaching practice, certifying coaches and creating a global coaching network.


PCM (Process Communication Model®is innovative development model that allows understanding of a deep personality structure and is with efficiency used in trainings and coaching. This model represents one of the most efficient tools, which are possible to apply in improving communication, overcoming internal and external conflicts and leadership developments.
