What is Coaching?

Coaching is a process of work that has a goal of improving client’s performance, usually trough work one on one, as well as reflection of the way application of specific knowledge and skills. Coaching acts as a driving force that liberates human potential and generates new and creative ideas, models and behaviors that lead to success.

The task of a coach is to clearly and objectively present what the client does and how it works, to be able to together come up with new information that the client later transfer to everyday life. Development is a key element of coaching. Development is defined as a continuous process of growth and learning, and in accordance with this definition, we can define the goal of coaching as personal and professional development of the individual through the current framework.
