This is two-day Persona Global training program in which participants learn how to accurately recognize communicational needs of their interlocutors, how to adopt their own communicational style according to these needs, become more flexible in communication, build trust and maintain long term relationships. Regardless of the position they are on – whether they are in sales department, managers or team leaders or they just want to improve their communicational skill, all participants will learn how to:
- Build trust with different types of people
- Create positive influence in relations
- Gain skills for achieving the “win-win” results in communication process
Within the training participants will receive anonymous feedback on how business associates perceive their dominant communication style, ability to project empathy, and level of flexibility in interpersonal relationships. In this way, they will have the opportunity to work on enhancing these specific skills.
Training Persuasive Communicator has two phases:
1. Preparation for training
In this phase participants create online their individual case study for the training by evaluating communicational style of their “difficult person”, evaluate their own communicational style and get feedback on how is their style perceived by their colleagues.
Through various interactive workshops, participants are testing Persona Global’s communication models and create action steps for improving communication with their “difficult person”.
