Psychosocial Risk Management is an essential instrument for prevention as well as basis for the successful management of mental risks at the workplace. We, at Siemens in Belgrade, have developed and implemented “MentalHealth @ Work through PCM Model” in collaboration with consultants from the Atria Group. This was a development project aimed at obtaining an objective picture and gathering information on the current emotional state and stability of both individuals and teams, to identify all strengths and areas of development at the company level.
