Master Club is mutual pilot project of ProCredit Bank, one of the leading domestic banks in MSP development and agriculture support, and Atria Group SEE, that provides the most quality development programs on our market. ProCredit Bank is known for its modern and digital services, as well as for quality approach in work with their clients.
Nevertheless, there are clients that have additional confidence in bank services if they communicate directly with the bank advisor, and if he or she does not make an impression of good client care there is a low chance that this bank will be the chosen one.
Atria Group SEE recognized this need and took over the responsibility for 6-month project that was completed successfully in March this year.
ProCredit Bank is the first bank in Serbia that provided its employees originally created training for bank advisors. Consulting team of Atria group SEE designed “tailor made” program according to the needs of advisors hired in ProCredit Bank.
During careful choosing of methodologies, topics and materials that were used in this project, consultants took in consideration the needs of the bank, as well as the needs of the advisors i.e. training participants. In this way, Atria team made one of the most interesting and most challenging In-house training so far.
In-house trainings of Atria Group SEE are based on methodologies that are also used in open programs of this company. While creating the project for ProCredit Bank needs Atria Group SEE designed training that consisted of key elements of personal and professional development of ProCredit Bank employees.
During 6-month project, 50 employees of ProCredit Bank completed 6 training modules, where they improved all of the skills necessary for one employee hired in one of the most contemporary bank systems in Serbia.
Human resources department and managers of ProCredit bank together with 3 trainers and project manager from weekend to weekend witnessed the professional development of their employees and their satisfaction for the improvement they made on personal and professional plan thanks to this training.
